Simsalabim, the magical origin of an Unicum project

In 2001 I had the opportunity, commercial vision and the value of acquiring 50% of a pizzeria called Simsalabim in Santa Ponsa to, over time acquire the other half and start my career as an entrepreneur.

Simsalabim is one of the three magic words of the story of the thousand and one nights (Simsalabim, abracadabra and hocus pocus). I can really say that these words are magical, since since then … coming from very low, without studies and with little experience, without economic family support or any other type than the beloved banks, with endless stones in the (The director and manager of the company), the support of a human group involved in the cause, the subsequent support of my beloved ones. Five children and an incessant daily effort … growing day by day … learning from mistakes and being very constant, I am proud to say that a total of fifteen businesses have been created and developed (soon to be said) to Over the years, of which seven currently make up the Unicum Group (Formerly Simsalabim Group) … Mesón del Mar, Sherezade, Balcón de María, Attitude & Aptitude, Empatheia, Perseverantia and On The Road, all located in the marvelous bay of Santa Ponsa. Istas privileged to the sea and totally modernized and adapted so that its experience in our premises is a pleasant experience
